By creating an account or using The Gig Partners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Talent Profiles
Talent users are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and media samples. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to display it on the platform.
4. Bookings and Payments
The Gig Partners facilitates connections between clients and talent. We are not a party to any agreement between users. Payment terms are arranged between users and processed through our payment provider.
5. Subscriptions
Talent subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. We do not take a commission on bookings — you keep what you earn.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, harass other users, post misleading content, or attempt to circumvent payment systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Gig Partners is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
