Both clients and talent should review profiles, portfolios, and reviews carefully before entering a booking agreement.

Our contract system ensures both parties agree to clear terms before a booking is confirmed. Always use the platform's booking and contract tools rather than making informal arrangements.

We recommend meeting in safe, public venues when possible and communicating through the platform so there is a record of all interactions.

All payments on The Gig Partners are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your credit card information.

Funds are not held in escrow. Payments are processed directly through Stripe at the time of booking. The platform fee is deducted from the payment, and the remaining amount is sent to the talent after the gig is completed.

If you have a payment dispute, please contact support through the Contact page. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve the issue.

Our "Platform Verified" badge means that an administrator has reviewed and approved a talent's verification request. This includes checking that the profile information is consistent and that the talent appears to be a legitimate creative professional.

Platform Verified does not mean a background check has been performed. We do not currently offer background checks. Clients should still do their own due diligence before booking.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, scam attempts, or any other issue, please report it using the Report feature on profiles, reviews, or through the Contact page.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include suspending accounts or removing content.

We respect your privacy and only collect the information needed to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.

Our Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using the platform. Please review them carefully.
